These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Anton website (wearanton.com.au) and the purchase of products from Wear Anton Pty Ltd (ABN 34 693 289 119), trading as Anton.
By accessing this website or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. About Anton
Anton is a premium taekwondo gear brand operated by Wear Anton Pty Ltd, an Australian company based in Adelaide, South Australia.

2. Orders and pricing
All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) by default. International customers may see prices in their local currency based on their location.
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase, which we accept when we send an order confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for reasons such as product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
Product colours and images are as accurate as display technology allows but may vary slightly from the actual product.
3. Payment
All payments are processed securely by our payment providers. We accept major credit cards, Shop Pay, and other payment methods listed at checkout. Full payment is required at the time of purchase to confirm your order.
4. Shipping and delivery
Shipping terms and delivery times are outlined in our Shipping Policy. Anton ships worldwide via Australia Post International. Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.
5. Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. In summary: 30-day return window, item must be unworn and unused with tags, custom and sale items are not eligible.
6. Duties and import taxes
For international orders, duties and import taxes are calculated and collected at checkout where possible. In rare cases, additional customs fees may apply on arrival, which are the customer's responsibility.
7. Product warranty
Anton products are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects for a period of 90 days from delivery. Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accident, modification, or normal wear and tear.

8. Intellectual property
All content on the Anton website (including logos, product designs, photography, copy, and brand elements) is the property of Wear Anton Pty Ltd and protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use any content without written permission.
9. Website use
You agree to use the Anton website only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Use the site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the site
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or related systems
- Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the site without written permission
- Interfere with other users' use of the site
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wear Anton Pty Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or products purchased. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other laws that cannot be excluded by contract.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Australia and Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of South Australia.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available at wearanton.com.au. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
