Refund Policy

Anton offers a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it
  • Unworn and unused
  • With original tags attached
  • In its original packaging

You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

How to start a return

Contact sales@wearanton.com.au to initiate a return. If your return is accepted, we will send you return shipping instructions.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at sales@wearanton.com.au if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-returnable items

Certain items cannot be returned:

  • Custom products (including club-branded gear and personalised items)
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it can take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at sales@wearanton.com.au.

International returns

Anton ships worldwide. For international returns:

  • International customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Duties and import taxes paid on international orders are non-refundable
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
  • Contact sales@wearanton.com.au to arrange return authorisation before shipping any items back

European Union 14 day cooling-off period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. Your item must still meet the eligibility requirements above (unworn, unused, with tags, in original packaging, with proof of purchase).
